1. Acceptance

By using OpenList you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for your credentials and any activity through your account. One person, one account. Fake or multi-vote accounts will be banned.

3. Server content

Listings must be legitimate MU Online private servers. Descriptions, images and URLs must be accurate and free of illegal, pornographic or malicious content. We may remove or moderate listings at any time.

4. Payments and credits

Purchased coins are non-monetary credits used for VIP, Premium and Banners within the site. Once a charge succeeds, coins are non-refundable except for technical error. VIP/Premium/Banner are digital services consumed on purchase.

5. Voting and rewards

Artificial voting (bots, paid incentives) violates these terms and results in a server ban. The reward callback is the server owner's responsibility — OpenList only signs the proof token.

6. Limitation of liability

OpenList is a directory. We are not responsible for listed servers, their operation, downtime or in-game content. Visibility purchases do not guarantee player return — only the purchased visibility.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the site and/or by email.
